The Program Materials

The conference addresses issues of relevance to nonprofit organizations, including the latest developments. The focus is also on practical information that can be put to use with an immediate impact. A 600+ page proceedings manual or flash drive (your choice) of the speaker's outlines is provided to each registrant.

The Speakers

The superior venue of Conference Speakers consists of nationally known attorneys, accountants, and other nonprofit professionals. Key note speakers include IRS officials and members of Congress, who will provide the latest information on important regulatory and legislative developments. There will also be plenty of time for questions and other interaction with the speakers.

One of the greatest advantages of the conference is the opportunity for networking. Exchanging information, seeking advice, and making contacts is an absolutely invaluable aspect of the conference. There is still no substitute for face-to-face interaction.

54 Years of Educating

54 years ago George Webster and Ellis Meredith founded what was at the time the very first national conference dedicated to the tax concerns of nonprofit organizations. It soon became the premier such event in the U.S., and over the past 54 years, every leading legal practitioner, every Member of Congress with relevant oversight authority, and every top Treasury and IRS official in the exempt organizations area has at one time, and usually multiple times, spoken at the Conference. Through all of the changes in the exempt arena, the Conference remains a constant source of the latest tax and other legal developments for nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations.
